the fact that I can take a 5-10 minute car drive/bike ride to get to my nearest in/out.

Well if you are going for cheap, hot, garbage-- I would say Hamburgerstand, in Denver. Dicks, in Washington. Lottaburger was decent enough the one time I ate there.
